In our increasingly fast-paced lives, yoga offers a holistic solution to balance mind, body and soul.  The practice of yoga embraces both inner and outer realities. It opens the door to a harmonious way of life as well as to the deeper dimensions of life. Yoga is both a practical as well as a transcendental way of life. We offer yoga practices from elementary techniques and relaxing practices to more advanced asanas and meditation techniques as well as workshops on yoga that will combine the practical as well as the philosophical aspects of yoga.

YOGA FOR SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES
Schools and colleges are encouraged to consider offering regular yoga classes or an occasional 3 day or 5 day  workshop for the students and teachers of their institute.

Yoga for the youth is very important and many schooll and college students have found that being introduced to the techniques and philosophy of yoga has opened certain doors for them to better understand their personality and explore their potentiality.

The yoga class would be a holistic yoga class taught in a secular manner, it would include the practices of chanting, asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. The yoga class is recommended for either a 60 minute, 75 or 90 minute duration; or as per your time requirement. In addition we could offer talks on yoga theory and philosophy. Some of the topics we could discuss include - History of Yoga, Yogic Living, Philosophy of Yoga, Tantra, Samkhya, Branches of Yoga and Yogic Management of Stress.
